Service Description

The Enhancement Membership caters to middle school age youth between the ages of 11 and 15. Each youth is provided with support, motivation inspiration, laughter, and empowerment. We positively scaffold onto their current foundation with positive speaking, beliefs, self-esteem, self-awareness, connection, caring, community, character, and competence. We provide tools to enhance each youth’s executive function and self-regulation skills. Executive Function and Self-Regulation skills are vital for overall development. Executive function is the mental processes that enables individuals to plan, focus, remember instructions, and handle multiple tasks successfully. We tutor, coach and guide youth into setting S.M.A.R.T. goals, making good decisions, meaningful interactions, and increased independency. We also guide youth into ways to be proactive in learning. Middle school youth are provided with a pre and post survey to measure both our program and how we have assisted the youth in developing. One parent teacher conference is included via zoom or phone with this membership.
